The MSW Incubator seeks to find, train, and launch Kingdom-focused leaders who desire to engage in a rigorous process of teaching and learning to strategically steward their God-given gifts and talents to bear lasting fruit in our Valley.

The ultimate and generational fruit of this endeavor will be human flourishing that reveals the glory of God in its fullness.
