Hello 2026-2027 Cohort Incubatees,
Welcome! We are so excited to share time with you all as leaders, together, over the next seven months! Here are a few reminders and some action items to anticipate:

Session Schedule
- 8:00am START TIME
- 10:00am BREAK
- 11:30am LUNCH
- 2:00pm OFFICIAL END
- 2:00pm-3:00pm OPTIONAL OFFICE HOURS (HR, Marketing, Audio/Video, Operations, Development, etc.).
Extended Office Hours/Workspace Usage (Optional)
For the following dates, we will open our MPR for use between 8:00am-2:00pm for your benefit. We will make ourselves available for thought-partnership, as well as provide a schedule to book time with various MSW department heads. These dates alternate roughly between cohort sessions.
- 2026- October 1, October 15, November 5, November 19, December 10
- 2027- January 21, February 4 , February 25
Again, these are optional and not required; we offer them as an additional benefit to you!

*For those who will be completing the Health Assessment, Tucker will be sending a separate email on Monday, August 24th, with information regarding that process and expectations.
First Coaching Session
Your individual coach will be reaching out to schedule the first 2:1 coaching session. There is nothing to prepare for this first coaching session. It is simply a time to get to know you, provide some helpful reminders, and support you in any way. We will also show you the Incubator Hub you will be utilizing throughout your time in the cohort. We are shooting to complete this first coaching session between the middle and end of September.
We are so excited to come and walk alongside you in these coming months. No leader walks alone is our brand promise. Excited to see the Lord work in, by, and through us…together…for HIS GLORY!
